MEET MELISSA

The heart and expertise behind B&B

Melissa Blancas is a licensed Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from Madrid, Spain and certified personal trainer who created B&B Wellness and Strength from both professional passion and personal experience.

"I created B&B because I saw what was missing for my clients, my family, and so many others. I didn't want to watch the people I love lose their independence simply because they didn't have access to the right kind of support. This work is deeply personal to me, and every session is my way of helping someone feel strong, seen, and capable again."
